Clinton C. Forster
Mr. Forster was born and educated in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He is a graduate of the DeVry Technical Institute specializing in radio, television, and telecommunications electronics, and has also studied business administration at the University of Waterloo, Ontario.

After working as Sales Manager with Neighborhood Cable TV in Guelph, Ontario, he became Founder/Partner of Noram Communications Ltd. (1965) and Founder/Partner of Ontario Cable TV Companies (Brampton/Bramalea, Orangeville, Fergus, Hanover, Walkerton, Markham during the 1960’s.

He was CEO of IWC COMMUNICATIONS Cable TV Operations from 1968-1974 and was the Founder and major owner of Saskatoon Telecable Ltd. from 974-1991. He has served as Chairman of Western World Communications Corporation, has been the Owner/Operator of major radio stations in Western Canada, and is currently Chairman Forvest Broadcasting Corporation, which operates AM/FM radio in Saskatoon Sask. He has been a Director of Shaw Communications Inc. and is currently a Director of Corus Entertainment Inc.

Mr. Forster has served in many volunteer positions and been honored for his service, including: Past Chairman, Canadian Cable Television Association, 1986/1987;
Past Chairman, Canadian Cable Television Association Task Force on Industry Administered Standards; Recipient , Canadian Cable Television Association “Honor List” Award, 1983; Past President, Saskatoon Board of Trade; Past President, Saskatoon Rotary Club; Past Chairman, Peel Region YM/YWCA; Past Chairman, Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation; Past Director, Crime Stoppers Saskatoon; Past Member, Board of Governors, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon; Current member Greater Victoria Hospitals Patrons Council.
