Walter J. Donald, L.Th., CMP, F.Ed.
Walter is President and C.E.O. of The Executive Network Inc, incorporated in 1985, a successful Canadian Executive Search firm. He is Managing Partner of Axmith, Vancouver Island, an International Career Consulting company.

Walter has served as President of the B.C. Association of Colleges, Executive Board Member of The Association of Canadian Community Colleges and Honorary Life Member of The Advanced Education Council of B.C. and was named a Fellow in Education by the Canadian College for Chinese Studies. He was a founding Board member of Camosun College and Vice Chair of Selkirk College and Chair of the Board, Vancouver School of Theology at U.B.C.

As an active member of the community, Walter has served on several boards including: Big Brothers, YM/YWCA, The Greater Victoria School Board, Boys and Girls Club, Chamber of Commerce, B.C. School Trustees Association, Human Resources Management Association The Knowledge Network, The Open Learning agency, and several others.
