English Language Proficiency
Requirements
English is the primary language of instruction in all Faculties at
University Canada West. If you are applying for admission to any of
UCW’s undergraduate programs, we must be sure you are proficient
enough in English to be successful, regardless of your citizenship
status or country of origin. Our English language proficiency policy
exists to ensure you have the skills you need to learn and succeed
at university.
Please note that even if you meet one (or more) of the
listed English standards, University Canada West reserves the right
to use discretion in determining your language proficiency. Fulfillment
of one of the listed requirements does not guarantee that you will
be admitted to UCW.
For more information on our English Language Proficiency
policy refer to the University Canada
West calendar.
