At University Canada West, our MBA degrees are designed to satisfy three different types of needs. If you are already working and don’t want to take time away from your career to upgrade your education, our first two programs are for you. They are taught through a combination of Internet course work and short residencies, and are designed to allow you to “earn while you learn”. You will only need to be away from work for three weeks at a time, to fulfill your residency requirement.

If you want to fast-track your MBA, our third program may be for you. It is a twelve-month, intensive program taught on campus at UCW.

Accelerated MBA For University Business Graduates

This MBA is for university graduates who have a Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree. You will attend one, two-week residency before classes begin. We will provide study materials about a month before the residency begins so that you are prepared. Your course work will be delivered online at eight-week intervals, and you will complete a year-long Consulting Assignment. Applicants are expected to have work experience.

Two Year MBA For Non-Business Graduates

If you have a non-business degree, this program will allow you to graduate with an MBA in two years. It combines short residencies with Internet course work. The On-Campus, Full-Time, One Year MBA

This program is for students who wish to complete their MBA on campus, within a year. All classes are held at the University Canada West Campus over a single year. You do not need to have had work experience to be eligible for admission to this program. As well as course work, you will complete a major Research Assignment that will investigate a business issue. If you have had business experience, you may undertake a Consulting Assignment instead of the Research Assignment.
