New Directors bring outstanding business experience to University Canada West Board.

Victoria BC June 28, 2007: Dr. David Strong, Chairman of the Board and President of University Canada West, is pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Anthony Hull and Mr. John Schucht to the LearningWise Incorporated Board of Directors. UCW is a wholly owned division of LearningWise Inc.

Anthony Hull brings to the Board an outstanding international background in finance and management. His professional career began in 1986, when he started as Assistant Manager, Country and Counterparty Risk control at the Royal Bank of Canada, followed by the position of Assistant Manager, Market Risk Control.

From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Hull was with the Toronto Dominion Bank in Toronto, Calgary, Tokyo and London. His most recent position was Managing Director and Global Head, Structured Interest Rate Derivatives Trading, based in London. In addition to a primary focus on interest rate trading during his banking career, he has also been involved in equity, emerging market, credit and commodities trading. He is well-informed on and experienced with mature financial markets in North America, Asia, Europe and Australasia, and has had substantial exposure to less developed markets in Africa and Eastern Europe.

John Schucht brings equally impressive credentials to UCW. He chairs the board of Ellis Don Inc., a global company delivering construction expertise, construction services and specialized support services to clients throughout the world. He has served as Ellis Don Chairman since 1999 and chair of the HR and compensation committee.

He is the former CEO and Vice-Chairman of Canada Trust Financial, and currently serves on the boards of TD Bank USA and TD Waterhouse Bank. He was appointed to the board of Highstreet Asset Management in 2001, serving as chair of the HR committee. He has recently become a major shareholder in LearningWise Inc., and is leading the development of the Radius project, which will house UCW's new Victoria campus.
