Advanced Payment Fee Redution Program

Students who pay all or part of their Total Program Cost* will receive a partial reduction of fees according to the following table:

Terms and Conditions

  1. Students paying their program fees partially by Credit Card and partially by another means will have their fee reduction calculated on a pro-rated basis based on the percentage paid by method.
  2. Student contracts will show gross Total Program Cost. Upon successful completion of the program, the final tuition payment amounting to the amount of the fee reduction will be entered as a Fee Reduction Payment towards the total tuition amount. The following conditions must be met:
    1. Students must complete all courses on the first attempt;
    2. Students must attend full-time studies** for the duration of their program; and,
    3. Students must not have taken a break from studies.
  3. If the student withdraws from studies before completion, the refund calculation will be calculated based on the gross tuition amount; the Fee Reduction Payment will not be credited to the student.

Refund Policy

Students withdrawing from courses during the first 10% of studies*** will have 100% of their course fees refunded except the following:

  1. The non-refundable application fee
  2. The non-refundable registration fee
  3. Any other non-refundable fees as identified on the student’s fee schedule
  4. A $100 penalty per course dropped (affecting courses currently underway)
  5. A $100 penalty for 100% reduction in course load of future terms

Students withdrawing from courses after the first 10% will receive no refund of course fees for courses in which they are currently studying.

* Total Program Cost refers to fees owing for the entire program of study (i.e. BCom, MBA). Students registering in less than an entire program of study, i.e. those registering in individual program modules, are not eligible for the Advanced Payment Fee Reduction Program
