An Investment in your future

An education at University Canada West is a sound investment in your future. We design our degree programs so you can complete them more quickly than you could under the semester system – so you can enter the workforce and begin your career sooner.

We understand that a post-secondary education is a big investment. Financial aid is available to help with the cost of attending UCW. There are many ways you can help finance the investment you are making in your future, including: employment during the summer quarter, student loans and student lines of credit, scholarships and awards. Our Student Services Office can help you explore your options.

Undergraduate Application and Tuition Fees
There is a tuition fee of $800 for each course you take, whether you are a Canadian or International student, and you will have to pay a $50 fee when you apply for admission ($100 for International students).

Graduate Application and Tuition Fees
Total tuition for our two year MBA program for non-business graduates, and for our One-year Accelerated MBA program is $32,000. Tuition for our One-year MBA program for Business graduates is $20,000. There is also a $50 fee for Canadian students ($100 for International students) when you apply.

Other Expenses
You will also need to budget for books and supplies, rent, food and local transportation, and personal expenses. International students will need to budget for Canadian Health Insurance. You can find details about fees and expenses on our website at www.universitycanadawest.ca.

Awards and Scholarships
As a student at University Canada West, you may eligible for financial aid in the form of an educational scholarship, grant or bursary. Our Student Services Office can help you find out which awards you are eligible for, and help you apply for them. Usually, the proceeds of awards are applied directly to your total fees for the academic year, but if the award you receive is larger than your yearly tuition, the amount left over is paid directly to you. Contact Student Services to find out more about awards and scholarships.
