STUDENTS
At UCW, our focus is on your success, in your education, and in
life after you graduate. Deciding on a career is an ongoing process,
and one that our Career Services department can help with, every
step of the way.
We will assist you with career counseling and potential
job opportunities in an integrated fashion, using both internal
and external resources.
Before you choose your undergraduate degree specialty:
We can help you explore career options in the field you are considering,
so the direction you take is one that you’re comfortable with.
While you are at UCW: We can help you find part-time
or volunteer positions that will give you valuable work experience,
and help you build a resumé that opens doors for you after
you graduate.
Before you graduate: We can help you find employers
who are looking for graduates in your field, and fine-tune your
interview skills and resumé, so you can approach job interviews
with confidence.
After you graduate: We will continue to advise and
help you as you focus on your job search after graduation.
EMPLOYERS
UCW students and graduates have the skills and abilities
employers are looking for. Their experience here has built solid
work-related skills in leadership, teamwork and ethics. They are
enthusiastic, talented and able.
If you are an employer, we can:
· Give you an opportunity to meet students and recent graduates;
· Inform you about student interests and skills;
· Let students know what your organization has to offer;
· Collect resumés and establish a profile on campus.
Make UCW a priority on your recruitment circuit.
